Our Approach to Verification and AML
At MrPacho Casino we apply customer due diligence under anti-money laundering requirements. This means we verify the identity of our players and may ask for supporting information about accounts and transactions. Verification is part of keeping accounts secure, and it may affect access to deposits and withdrawals while checks are in progress. Identity Verification

Once we have received everything in full, we normally complete our checks within ten days, although further review may be needed in some cases. Until verification is finished, access to deposits and withdrawals can be blocked, and verification may delay withdrawals.
Information We May Request
To verify your account we may ask for the following documents and records. In some cases we may request extra information beyond this list.

- Proof of residence issued within the last three or six months, depending on the review

- A transaction history covering the last one to three months
Additional Review
Some accounts or transactions require a closer look. In these cases we may request information beyond the standard documents, and the review can take longer than the usual ten-day timeframe. We will let you know what is needed and keep your account status clear while the review is ongoing.
Account Restrictions During Checks
While verification or any additional review is pending, we can block access to deposits and withdrawals. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be treated as dormant and may incur a monthly maintenance fee, so we recommend keeping your account active or closing it properly. If you choose to close your account, you must first clear your balance and any pending withdrawals.
Payments and Ownership
You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name, and your registration details must be accurate. At mrpacho casino, deposits can be made with Visa, Mastercard and Interac. Each player may hold one account only, limited per person, household, address, phone number, email address and IP address. Players must be at least 18 years old, and it is your responsibility to confirm that you are legally allowed to play where you live.
Ongoing Monitoring
